Q)  Will you rent to me if I have good income but bad credit? A)  If you have more bad credit than good credit in most cases we will not rent to you even if you have good income.  The exceptions to this is if there have been extenuating circumstances that caused your credit problems. Q)  I don't have much credit.  Will you rent to me? A)  Possibly.  It will depend on the amount of verifiable income you have and if you have met your credit obligations on time.  We need to see that the credit you have, even if it is just two or three items, have been paid as agreed.  If you had a minor problem it will not disqualify you, depending on what caused the problem.
