which , is near Interstate 880, San Mateo Bridge and
BART.

maintained and the landscaping is lovely and tended by our
gardeners weekly. Now that the rain has subsided our
gardeners will be planting new flowers and the exterior of
the house will be painted soon.
- We have a covered patio and lawn area
near the coin operated laundry room and there are other lawn
areas.
- If you're a telecommuter, you'll

Most common questions
prospective tenants ask...
Q) Will you rent to me if I have good
income but bad credit? A) If you have
more bad credit than good credit in most cases we will
not rent to you even if you have good verifiable
income. The exceptions to this is if there have
been extenuating circumstances that caused credit
problems.
Q) I don't have much credit. Will
you rent to me? A) Possibly. It
will depend on the amount of verifiable income you have
and if you have met your credit obligations on
time. We need to see that the credit you have,
even if it is just two or three items, have been paid as
agreed. If you had a minor problem it will not
disqualify you, depending on what caused the
problem.
Q) I was evicted some time ago.
Will you rent to me? A) No. There are
no exceptions or extenuating circumstances that will
offset an eviction.
Q) Do you accept Section
8? A) No.
Q) I have a pet. Will you rent to
me? A) Probably if it is small dog or
cat and is non-aggressive, has current shots, is a breed
known not to have social problems, is kept on leash when
outside, not a chewer, etc.
Q I have multiple pets. Will you
rent to me? A) Probably
not.

Rate and Utilities:
Rent: The
monthly rent is No Vacancy The utilities we pay for
are: Weekly trash service and weekly recycling service.
Plus we pay for weekly gardening service of the front and
backyards of the house.
Security Deposit and
Qualifications: The security deposit
is No Vacancy The credit and background check
is $26.50 per adult. Verifiable income. Good references,
good rental history and good credit rating are required. If
you've had minor problems with your credit, it doesn't mean
you won't qualify -- let's talk.
Pet Policy:
The acceptability of a pet is on a case by case basis and
if we accept a pet, there is a separate pet agreement and a
$500 pet deposit, which is in addition to the security
deposit.
There are certain breeds we do not accept
because they are know to be aggressive, including but not
limited to Pit Bulls or Pit Bull Mixes. We are concerned
where your dog will be kept when you are not at
home? How often will you leave your dog alone at
home? Has your dog had any obedience
training? Are your dog's shots
current?
Directions: Map - From freeway 880 and
the San Mateo Bridge (Highway 92) take 880 south one exit to
Tennyson Road East. Stay on Tennyson Road (heading toward the
hills) to Huntwood Avenue. Turn left on Huntwood and go two
long blocks and turn left on Shepherd Avenue. Go down Shepherd
about a block and a half, watching for a white wood-rail
fence and sign framed by
star of Jasmine that reads Hiddendale 517 & 519. Drive
down the driveway and you'll see the six plex.
